In the game Street Figher EX 3 (a PS2 exclusive), you can unlock Sakura as the narrator by beating Original Mode 8 times on Normal or Hard difficulty with Sakura (Unlike unlocking characters, you can use continues). After beating it 8 times, hover over Sakura on the character select screen and press select. If you did this correctly you should here Sakura laugh then you can select any character and Sakura will be the narrator.
